Photo Contest – Enter now for a change to win
To mark the relaunch of Aviation Photograhic, we are hosting a photo contest. The Boeing Store has donated 3 copies of the truly superb book “Birth of the 787 Dreamliner” (depicted on the right) for us to give away to the photographers of the top 3 photos (judged by their ratings). It couldn’t be simpler to enter, so dig out your hidden prize winning shots from your collection, or get out there and take some awesome photos and enter now.
Here’s how to enter.
You must be a registered member on Aviation Photographic. If you’re not yet a member, you can sign up here
You must upload at least 5 high resolution photos. There’s no maximum to the number of photos you can upload. We recommend that your photos be at least 1280px by 960px. Larger is better. The photo file size can be up to 3MB.
All photos submitted between Wednesday, 18th January, 2012 and Friday, 24th February 2012 will be considered entered into the contest
You must rate your own photo, and at least 5 other photos on the website while logged in so that we can count your ratings.
You must tweet each of your photos using the tweet button on the photo page for your photo. You can also Google+, StumbleUpon or Facebook like your image. Use all of the social tools to get word out about your photo. The more ratings your photos get, the better your chances are of winning.
Get your friends and family to rate and tweet about your photos, remember the top 3 photos by rating will win.
Photo submissions will be accepted until mid-night on Friday , 24th February 2012, and winners will be announced on Wednesday, 29th February 2012.
Anyone can enter! This is a world-wide photo contest. We’ll ship prizes to any location that FedEx or UPS will deliver to.
You MUST own all rights to the photos you submit. The means you must have taken the photo your self, or you must have legal documentation proving you have full rights to the image you are submitting. If it’s determined that a photo infringes on someone’s copy right, that submission will be disqualified
